This issue jumped by 8 percentage points versus last year to take the number one position slightly ahead of ‘Lack of Clarity in the Scope of the Project’. Each of these issues was mentioned respectively forty-nine percent (49%) and forty-eight percent (48%) of the times by the 263 survey respondents.
